We would like to welcome Cetin (Chet) Yilmaz. Chet was hired on March 15th, 2023 and officially began Monday, March 21st as the Food and Beverage Director. Chet comes with over 20 years of food and beverage management experience. Chet started his food and beverage career in Miami, Florida with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line in 1987. He moved to Long Island, New York and helped to open two new restaurants in East Hampton which are Della Femina Restaurant and East Hampton Point Restaurant in the early 1990's. If Chet looks familiar, that's because he was a Dining Room Manager here at Island Country Club from 2000 - 2005. He recently came back to Island Country Club after working as Food and Beverage Director at Quarry Beach Club and Food and Beverage Manager at Forest Glen Golf and Country Club. He also had management positions at Windstar Country Club and Vanderbilt Country Club in Naples.
